Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their missed appointments

Last minute cancellations. Life happens. So, I try to be flexible with my regular clients. Sometimes you don't know 24 hours in advance that life is going to throw you a curve ball. I know you want and need your massage, so just be respectful of my time, and when you make an appointment realize that that time is set aside for you and if you don't show I'm out twice the fees, yours and someone else's who could have filled that spot. If you regularly have a problem showing up, You will be charged for the missed sessions.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Any action or inquiry I deem disrespectful, illegal or dangerous will precipitate immediate termination of the session.
Privacy Policy
The only information I collect about you You gave me already on your intake form. I don't use that information for anything other than staying touch with you. This information may be handled by third parties, such as ABMP or MailChimp and I trust that they apply all due care in protecting your data.
You can ask to not only unsubscribe from my emails but to have your data erased from my system as well.
